WE SEEK QUALITY INDIVIDUALS to join our team of FULL-TIME MANAGERS and PART-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGERS. Some storage or property rental experience is preferred but not required. The employment qualities most important to us are computer basics, general office and maintenance skills, motivated self-starters with a professional appearance and attitude, and those who excel in providing excellent customer service. We offer on-the-job paid training. All of our locations are fully computerized and have very nice working conditions.
Our FULL-TIME PROPERTY MANAGERS enjoy highly competitive salaries, performance bonuses, vacation pay, sick pay, holiday pay, and health and retirement benefits. At most Florida locations, an on-site apartment is also provided.
Our PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGERS enjoy a competitive wage and schedules that may be adjusted to the employee's needs. Nearly all of our Part-time employees work between 2 to 3 full days per week. This reduces auto costs and allows for a more flexible schedule. They may also work during their Managers vacations and sick days.
