Very helpful staff, they answered all of my questions. Spoke to a gentleman named John that helped me make the right decision for a storage unit.

From moving to moving out there were no issues that needed to be addressed. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Cross country moves are stressful and require patience. When we had any issues concerning storage, John and Kristy were ready with a solution, doing everything possible to keep things moving. An excellent example of tier 1 customer service.

Upon moving to the area we needed a safe and reliable storage facility. We were in need of storage for nearly 2 years. We were pleased with the price, safety and friendliness of the owners and employees. We also were able to downsize during the process with ease. We look forward to using you all again if the need arises. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to store items.

Kristy was so helpful with helping me pick the right size units. She actually drove me to the rental unit to view it and it was very accommodating. She is so helpful and has a wonderful personality to deal with people. Very satisfied

Place was clean and well maintained. Felt like my things were safe behind gates, and never saw one bug or had any issues with my things staying safe from dirt/debris inside the unit.

I needed a parking space and I was able to find one. I have a storage unit there so I was happy to find the parking space in the same location. I am pleased with the facility because it is well maintained and very clean. The manager John Aiello is well organized and easy to work with.

Such friendly service! Clean property/unites! Very secure keycode to get in and out! Not a worry in my mind about our belongings! The unit even comes insurance included in the rent!

(I don't remember her name.)..Customer service makes or breaks a business. In this case, it's their success, along with clean grounds,easy access to your unit,and no worries of break-ins. These folks have gone above and beyond for us! While attempting to store a classic car we ran out of gas. A gentleman named Bob, who works for Southern Self Storage, was very kind and generous. He offered us some of his gasoline so that we were able to get the car into the storage unit. This saved us from having to leave the vehicle hanging outside of the unit to go buy gas. Bob was amazing and John, the owner, is also extremely accommodating. I'd recommend them without question.

So today I went and got my first storage unit and the guy Austin who works there was amazing and very nice and helped me with what I needed so thank you and I would so recommend this place to anyone and everyone

We have been using this facility I believe for the past 3 years. Ever since the other 2 woman with zero customer service skills have left, it has become a much better experience when having to call or go into the office. There is a woman there that has been there since we first came. She is so very pleasant and always willing to help, many times above and beyond. I believe her name is Chrissy or Christy. There is a man who works there as well, he is fairly new and is also very nice. I'm not sure of his name. Although the prices I think are a little high, the facility is very clean which makes up for it.

Souther Self Storage Edgewater is so pleasant and really the best customer service I've experienced in this entire past year! They were really helpful when we were moving in, as well as being ahead of us when we were ready to move out. We forgot to give our 5-day notice and were afraid we'd end up auto-paying for a whole month we wouldn't be using but when I got there to let them know we had moved out, the manager said he noticed we had moved out over the weekend, checked our unit for cleanliness, processed our move-out check list and already moved someone else in and never ran our payment! Way to be on top of things! Thanks so much!

We reserved out storage unit about 4 weeks in advance. When we arrived with our storage it was seamless!!! No issues at all and everything was explained to us in detail about the storage process and rules and regulations.
