The clerk was pleasant and knowledgeable. They have golf carts to show you around to look at the storage units and they are clean and provide climate control storage units as well as standard units. They have camera footage as well as someone on the outside to help with any assistance you need around the storage units and also securing the area. No hassle No respect of persons.

After having the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE with BYRA.M MINI STORAGE, who not only sold my storage accidentally WITH MY DADS ASHES IN THERE, treated me like garbage about it and have yet to compensate me for any of my lost property, horribly rude and extremely underhanded....i literally got PTSD from it. But these wonderful people have made me feel like family..even bringing me and my dog water while we unloaded, offered free shelves to take better care of my things.. I can't stress enough to AVOID AT ALL COST BYRAM MINI STORAGE, and go straight to this storage facility. They have awesome prices, help you in any way possible, pet friendly, just good honest people who care about their clients.

Staff is super friendly and helpful.
KH is great. She and her staff were cleaning the property when I arrived, she took me over to my storage unit to make sure the size was right and we signed paperwork. The whole process took about 15 minutes, if that. Thanks for hating the customer service that so many are lacking.
