This is one of the best storage places I've used, including the lower 48 states. The San Juan market has higher prices than other places I've rented including NYC, but the quality at this Southern facility makes it feel palatable.

Super clean (even the restroom), climate controlled space to work from the last 6 months. Many business owners use this location. I’ve accessed from open (6:00 a) to close (10 p), and never have had a problem. Staff are helpful, too. Highly recommend for storage needs near Ocean park or Old San Juan.

The ExtraSpace building on Calle Betances is awesome -- clean, modern and spacious. Getting set up is a little inefficient and manual, when it seems like it should be a simple form and payment. But once you're through with it, the facility itself is great.

Wow! The level of professionalism and customer service is above and beyond. As an owner of a PA and Concierge Service Company, Extra Space Storage was amazing at setting up a unit for a client. Not only did they did all the paperwork within an hour but they upgraded his unit in less than 10 minutes. Nalia was an amazing agent!! Would definitely recommend to other cutomers!

Setting up an account over the phone was fast and easy. They left the key and lock inside my unit. I just had to show up with my things and I was done. Great experience!

I have dealt with storage units in various cities, including different states and It was a very pleasant experience to reserve a unit, which was done online, and unit was ready as promised without surprises. The facility is very clean and well maintained.The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is refreshing to have a customer-orientated service in regards to rental facilities.

I rented a storage unit at the Calle Betances facility because I am in the middle of moving and downsizing both my business and home. I am currently renting a 10’x10’, but started with a 10’x7’, and then upgraded to a 10’x15’ before changing again, as my requirements changed. Changing from one sized unit to another was an easy move with no huge administrative complication. The facility is clean, organized, well lit, safe, secure, convenient, and the prices are reasonable. The elevators are large and work well, and plenty of pushcarts available, and all the floors and surfaces accomodate moving large and heavy items. There is ample covered parking and secure access with a personalized code. There is a restroom and water fountain on site. Everything is clean and works well! But in reality, the part that makes this facility stand out are its employees; they are friendly, respectful, helpful, and hard working. The store manager, Nalia Torres, does an exceptional job and is a huge asset to Extra Space Storage. She is knowlegeable, approachable, and willing to resolve any problem and answer any question that one may have. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a well managed and convenient self storage unit! 5 stars!!!
