This is one of the best storage places I've used, including the lower 48 states. The San Juan market has higher prices than other places I've rented including NYC, but the quality at this Southern facility makes it feel palatable.

Super clean (even the restroom), climate controlled space to work from the last 6 months. Many business owners use this location. I’ve accessed from open (6:00 a) to close (10 p), and never have had a problem. Staff are helpful, too. Highly recommend for storage needs near Ocean park or Old San Juan.

Marelyne and the storage facility team were very helpful and professional in helping me and answering any questions and concerns that I had. I highly recommend her, the team, and this storage facility.

The ExtraSpace building on Calle Betances is awesome -- clean, modern and spacious. Getting set up is a little inefficient and manual, when it seems like it should be a simple form and payment. But once you're through with it, the facility itself is great.
Wow! The level of professionalism and customer service is above and beyond. As an owner of a PA and Concierge Service Company, Extra Space Storage was amazing at setting up a unit for a client. Not only did they did all the paperwork within an hour but they upgraded his unit in less than 10 minutes. Nalia was an amazing agent!! Would definitely recommend to other cutomers!

I rented a storage unit at the Calle Betances facility because I am in the middle of moving and downsizing both my business and home. I am currently renting a 10’x10’, but started with a 10’x7’, and then upgraded to a 10’x15’ before changing again, as my requirements changed. Changing from one sized unit to another was an easy move with no huge administrative complication. The facility is clean, organized, well lit, safe, secure, convenient, and the prices are reasonable. The elevators are large and work well, and plenty of pushcarts available, and all the floors and surfaces accomodate moving large and heavy items. There is ample covered parking and secure access with a personalized code. There is a restroom and water fountain on site. Everything is clean and works well! But in reality, the part that makes this facility stand out are its employees; they are friendly, respectful, helpful, and hard working. The store manager, Nalia Torres, does an exceptional job and is a huge asset to Extra Space Storage. She is knowlegeable, approachable, and willing to resolve any problem and answer any question that one may have. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a well managed and convenient self storage unit! 5 stars!!!

It will be impossible to describe with words how amazing this experience was. I had to move in a hurry and I have no experience in storage warehouses at all. So I google the storage place near me and this app took me over this amazing place. The appearance is very appealing, new, CLEAN, storage units are easy to reach, super easy to arrive. But what make this place remarkable are the angels that works here. In my case, my angel was Ms. Nalia Z. Torres. To make this story long short, she reserved the unit that fit me at no charge until my decision was made. My logistic for the "stuff" that I have to storage was a mess. I was a mess. SHE calm me, she help me make a good logistic decision, she gave me a VERY GOOD advice, a GREAT discount and everything was RESOLVE. I can't say THANK YOU enough! VERY HAPPY CLIENT. 🤗

I was only in San Juan for a couple days on a family vacation and we had way to much luggage. Extra storage was the best solution imaginable. The owner Nalia had the best customer service possible. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible

The best storage unit business in San Juan!! My husband and i shopped around before going for this facility and i have to say it's WAY better than the others in many ways; cleaner, well located, fairly priced, staff is awesome and the manager very proffesional and super hands on (we've seen her cleaning a 200+ feet parking lot by her self..) can not complaint about it, highly recommend it.

I've used Extra Space in the state of Utah, so I already knew they were a good value. But the staff at the Betances Street location is stellar. I just switched from a larger unit to a smaller one, and their staff couldn't have been more helpful. The process of signing documents is automated, and they use electronic signatures, so I can manage my account, regardless of whether or not I'm actually in San Juan.
