I spoke to Nalia who transferred me to to Jorge and Jorge did the same and I was able to find the right space with Pedro. I am so impressed with their level of customer service. They helped me and assured me until I found the right place. I then came to this store I became surprised with Isaac who provided me the same level of care and toured me around the facility. I am astonishing to see a buss with a culture of service like Southern Self Storage we’re everyone not only treat you with respect but with plenty of care. We had the BEST experience at Southern Storage. Especially with most of them being booked out, we still got a great deal and helpful staff to serve us. Sandra was so kind and welcoming. And she got us in and out in a timely manner. Im so happy that we chose to go with this location specifically cause Sandra and the rest of the staff made us feel secure and safe with leaving our belongings there. PLUS they are dog friendly which was nice cause it was a hot day and she was sweating in the car.
