Absolutely love Southern self storage! We have had two units for a year now, and the ladies in the office are amazing and helpful! Trish has helped us every step away! Love the access to the unit and that it is protected, secure and safe. I feel comfortable even going at night. Could not ask for a better facility!

Very well run facility with honest, helpful employees…. I trust them with all my music equipment as well as my motorcycles. (Note: no fuel can be left in bikes) They are true professionals!

One of best experiences with this storage unit needed order some items and store there until i complete my move , manager from office helped me with accepting packages giving me notice when arrived , really going above and beyond. Go use this place if you want customer service ( December 2023 was my move in date )

If I could give them more than five stars I would. The two ladies that run that place are magnificent and they take their job very seriously. If it wasn't for them I don't believe that place would run very smooth and since they're there is the reason why I'm there. If they were to ever leave the job then I would follow them till wherever they went so incentives are better keep them there .Southern self storage the best..

From the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcome. Both women at the desk were kind, helpful, and professional. I was walked over to the storage unit so I would know exactly where it is, and I wish I got her name but she brought us waters 😃 and even returned an item I had dropped while doing the paperwork. Facility is basically brand new so it’s so clean I could live in there. Best people ever!!! Thanks to both of you

It’s only been a few days so far but it’s been great. Everything was explained and the paperwork was quick and easy and the ladies in the office are super nice. Another plus is the units are still new and everything is so clean and it smells nice in the building. There was a lady outside with her door up and I could see that the outside units look great too. 16 hours of daily access is great. The promotion on the climate controlled unit made my much needed unit possible. Thanks so much!

I was very impressed with the staff here. It was very easy renting a unit and the ladies were able to answer all my questions. Before I rented they left me look at the unit size before I committed to one. They also gave me a great tour of the facility. After showing me a unit they looked to see if they could find one closer to the door. I ended up very close to the door. I initially had trouble with entry, but they were able to quickly fix that. I like that this is a smaller site and that it’s not open 24 hrs. I would definitely recommend Southern Self Storage.
